Hi. I just joined and thought I would introduce myself to all of you ladies.
I'm 16, 5 feet 8 inches, about 143 pounds. I live in Minnesota. I run, ride horse, do yoga and of course, lift weights, though I'm just getting into it hardcore. Some of my fitness goals are 1. a six pack, 2. be able to run 6 miles, 3. be able to do 20 military style push ups.
I think this forum will be a great source of information and motivation.
I look forward to hearing about all of you!
