The winstrol will keep for yrs if stored in a good cool dry place. Right now you need to be concerned with building a solid base,joining a gym will be one of the best investments you will ever do,I have over 40yrs in this field and i can honestly say for beginners that training at home doesn't cut it, theres no one to motivate you, and if you don't feel like working ouTs you can skip or half ass do them. So its important for all beginners to joing a gym for the first time to avoid being injured.so get busy building that foundation.

I have spent years at gyms and have had nobody "motivate" me except a friend who went to the gym with me or a trial personal trainer. I would love that but it doesn't happen in my life. Anyway that's off topic. I bought the wrong supps. What brand of supps should I be using?
