Yeah, worst thing you can do around here is bring the C&C games over to the anabolic board. The Anabolic forum is our bread and butter. Niggas get banned quick around these parts for playing games over there.

Absolute compliment since I don't give anybody else a second thought around here.


I've had better weeks but doing pretty good overal. Had too much on my plate and have been slacking on my training the past couple of days, havent trained at all since Thursday so tomorrow I doing a double.

I actually just started back training last week, I had to take 5 weeks off after my last show.
 
Just feeling my nuts and wondering if they'll ever get any size back in them

juicers are fair game if they step onto C&C turf, but I don't go hunting them over there, its like shooting fish in a barrel, so many non plats, they get so fired up with roid rage they can't even type anymore!
