Helladrol/Katanadrol cycle, making final draft

Here's stats: 183lb 10% bodyfat age 30

Goal is to bulk, hopefully get a bit leaner at end of the cycle. Here's cycle recommended by Dylan.

1-6 helladrol 75/75/75/100/100/125
1-6 katanadrol 350/350/400/400/450/450
1-6 transaderm 5 pumps a day
1-6 n2guard
1-10 creatine nitrate
1-10 need2slin
3-10 forma stanzol

PCT
7-10 clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
7-10 Unleashed/post cycle
7-10 forma stanzol

Btw, am on mini PCT from SARMS atm, yellow tint side from S4 was kind of annoying.

Am planning to add HCGenerate to keep myself from aching nuts I experienced in var/kat cycle before. It did help with that problem. Will keep taurine around, might just take it with preworkout.

Here's what I'm curious about:

1. I'm wondering if I can add 2 more weeks on the katanadrol, to finish the bottle instead of leaving it half full. Also, during those 2 extra weeks on katanadrol, would it be good idea to go on big calorie deficit to cut?

2. During PCT, I'll keep on maintenance calorie range, but would it be good idea to get myself on ephedrine? I read lot of stuff about ephedrine help preserve lean mass, wondering if it'll work during PCT.

If these two work, my cycle plan will change, with PCT starting at week 9, katana from 1-8 with all supports going from 1-12. Will consider all advices thank you guys.


Just on the side, my training goes:

day1- back
day2-chest
day3-shoulders/trap
day4-legs
day5-arms
day6-rest

While on cycle, should I skip on the rest day? Will helladrol help me recover fast enough to keep going with no rest day?

PS- Dylan, if you do get to read this, could you tell me your diet/training used during your cycle? I remember reading'em both but just can't find it right now >< I remember your protein intake was very high, and training was 3 day split on upper body with no day break.
 
Bad idea to push your pct two weeks out from a suppresive oral, even a mild one like hella. Keep the katana to 6 weeks and start pct the following day. I would also add DAA to your pct, and you're correct in adding in HCGenerate.
 
Also, you need a recovery day if you aren't going to do full isolation, but you seem to be looking to cut up some, so why not take that rest day and do some serious HIIT cardio work?

Oh by the way, I workout about 30 mins after i wake up in the morning, due to long work schedule, is it ok to take these on empty stomach in the morning or is bioavailability better with food?
