Heart Rate High!!!!!

New member
in my 3 week of SUS (500mg/wk) & 25mg/day of DBOL.

All is going relatively well but I'm noticing that in particular after an intense workout my heart rate is very high when I'm lying in bed trying to get to sleep at night. Was gonna chalk it off as normal since I work out late and eat late (train from (9:30PM to 11PM and eat after 11) but it gets a little scary cause I get a little short of breath.

Is this normal????

Get your BP checked...if it's high...drop the dbol...then if it doesn't drop back down towards normal...i'd drop the sust. BP is nothing you want to fuck around with. But don't freak out yet...get it checked...then go from there.

I had the same problem

I have been using Kyolic garlic caps 4-6 per day it had help a huge amount. Mine was to the point I could see my pulse just looking at my wrist.

Bro,

It depends on what time you try to lay down for bed? I mean training late and jumping into to bed even a couple of hours later could very easily be your problem... Increased BP is normal from heavy lifting and can last hours afterward and this can make you feel sick or depleted or even some get wired just depends on the person... I do not recommend training that late if I go to sleep not to far after that... This honestly sounds like the problem... Of course an increase in heart rate could be from many things including PVC's Pre Ventrical Contractions which can attack at anytime and you may not know you have them until one day you get hospitalized or even possibly die like many people do each year, as did my father at the age of 45... I to have this condition and even though I work out mid day I will be laying in bed sometimes and my heart rate will jump to the point it will wake me from sleep or keep me awake for possibly hours... This can be treated and I keep mine under much better control and even on a cycle Im not bothered with it as before I took meds... Anyhow this can go hand in hand with high BP so get your BP checked anyway, we all should... And one of the biggest things not check is Cholesterol... a result over 200 needs to be treated especially if heart disease runs in the family... But gear users should even be more cautious of this... Do I think you have anything like PVC's, Nope but just keep that in mind if you continue to have problems...
