Heart racing, felt like i was having a heart attack..ECA related..(almost sure)

I remember when I believe it was E2 not sure maybe el cubano would take a shit load of clen and get panick attacks and nervousness plus shakes all day.

I know that too much eca will make you jittery and feel like someone is always watching you.

Panick attack is also something that could be a result. I remember the first time I gave myself a shot, my heart was racing, I had the shakes, etc. Got it done though.

If eca is so bad for us on the inside, then why the hell are we taking steroids, etc? Drinking alcohol, eating greeeeaaaaasy foods, having sex, etc? Anything in this world can fuck you up and kill you. When over done that is.

I had the same thing but a tad different,and i've been taking ephra for years -until several months ago,going to the store my heart started getting tight,w sweaty palms after that episode i stopped and after a few week i never had it again,its a bad feeling!

A panick attack so many hours after eca intake sounds strange and it's unlikely it would wake you up . I have had some in the past but they always came when I was up.
