heart attack at 28

Questions about correlation of having a heart attack and recently ending a cycle....

Husband..28, otherwise healthy, no medical history, first true cycle, he did a cycle of dbol 5 years ago with no pct or any real dosing(yeah he wasnt smart then so I did the research for him this time) He just finished his cycle about 1.5weeks ago, he had a heart attack monday morning....

10week cycle
200mg test prop 3x/wk
not sure but I think 200mg tren ace 3x/wk
T-3 25mcg tapered up to 50mcg throughout cycle and upon ending cycle he lowered to 25, currently at 25 then 1 more week down to 0
Aromasin 20mcg throughout

currently doing pct-his buddy hooked him up with this not sure what hes taking, but I know hes still taking aromasin but at 30mcg/day, its week 2 of pct

he just had a heart attack on monday morning...is this from coming off a cycle and things being out of whack?? or no correlation at all?? Is there other things he needs to add to help him? He didnt use anything for liver like milk thistle, etc, no gyno, more of a recomp this cycle, lost some bodyfat and kept/gained muscle.

please dont flame me lol, it was hard enough getting him to follow a proper diet while using, let alone taking all precautions for pct and throughout cycle. I want advice and/or comments on if the heart attack was related to the steroids. thanks

Did he not get a diagnosis from the hospital? Like Coronary Artery Disease?
The main thing is to focus on treating this, getting the right medication, and his cardiac rehabilitation.
Most likely he should stop taking anything that might interact with his medication. Adding in sups that his doctor is unaware of could be deadly.
Now that he has scar tissue on his heart, he will be have to be more careful with what he puts in his body.
My husband got heart failure last year at 32 and had to have a heart transplant, and the doctors said it was from a virus, and not from his steroid use.
Your husband should be honest with the doctors and ask them whether the steroids could have caused the right conditions for a heart attack. Just so you are not guessing, and know the truth.

if anyone flames you on this thread after what happened yesterday they will be banned no questions asked.

zero tolerance for flaming

Many factors involved but 200mgs of test prop for a rook is NOT recommend especially when stacked with Tren. If he is overweright, there is a study that explains how the body will respond unfavorably to high exogenous androgen intake. In other words, get in shape before touching AAS.
I would definitely agree here as well as IMO 200mg of tren ace is a little much as well, should be more like 100mg EOD which would b a max of 400mg per week.....tren ace is heavy stuff n 600mg per week is borderline overdose from my experience.....I would also agree with the genetics replies.....that much tren ace with test prop per week is for sure gonna raise BP to a scary level which for sure could b a factor especially with his possible family n genetic history of heart attacks......good luck n keep him of the AAS forever......

Sorry to hear about that, I hope he can get healthy through all this.

I can't add much to what always has been posted. I would like to just wish you both the best and hope that he has a healthy recovery. Considering that you are the one posting, that you seem to have really looked out for him during his cycle, you gave him suggestions and did the research, I think that your husband is extremely lucky to have you in his life. Best of luck!

Dear girl, based on the quoted paragraph, it doesn't really matter what caused the heart attack, tell your husband that the combination of screwed up hormones, bad genes and periodically shitty eating habits caused it and if he wants to live long enough to hit the half century mark he better get his act together and care more about his health than his appearance.

At least that's what I'd do if it was my husband.

I had a friend who died suddenly of a heart attack at 29, and he had done cycles, and was in excellent shape (competitive surfer, healthy lifestyle & eating habits, etc). Turns out his little brother had died suddenly at 17 of a heart attack, and shortly after, so did their mother at 50-x. I had at first thought the juice was to blame, but neither the little brother nor the mother had ever messed with hormones nor did they do any bodybuilding, etc. Nobody knows why they died, but I now doubt that the AAS had anything to do with it.

Anything is possible, but if I were you, I would really get to the bottom of the cause, and that might involve some cash and time. Maybe even book an appoinment at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, which in the view of cardiologists (and also my view), is the very best in the world. They actually cause you to have a heart attack in the examining room if indeed you have a problem, and map out the cause. Sounds scary, but it's actually very safe.

I wish your husband the best recovery, and I hope that you and he will find the cause, and put in place whatever is needed to prevent future problems... And live a full and healthy life.

Did I read that he added T3 to his second cycle ever?

Why?

yeah cannot disagree with any of that but I think we can all agree that 600+ tren ace per week and T3 cannot be good for the heart.
