heart attack at 28

Questions about correlation of having a heart attack and recently ending a cycle....

Husband..28, otherwise healthy, no medical history, first true cycle, he did a cycle of dbol 5 years ago with no pct or any real dosing(yeah he wasnt smart then so I did the research for him this time) He just finished his cycle about 1.5weeks ago, he had a heart attack monday morning....

10week cycle
200mg test prop 3x/wk
not sure but I think 200mg tren ace 3x/wk
T-3 25mcg tapered up to 50mcg throughout cycle and upon ending cycle he lowered to 25, currently at 25 then 1 more week down to 0
Aromasin 20mcg throughout

currently doing pct-his buddy hooked him up with this not sure what hes taking, but I know hes still taking aromasin but at 30mcg/day, its week 2 of pct

he just had a heart attack on monday morning...is this from coming off a cycle and things being out of whack?? or no correlation at all?? Is there other things he needs to add to help him? He didnt use anything for liver like milk thistle, etc, no gyno, more of a recomp this cycle, lost some bodyfat and kept/gained muscle.

please dont flame me lol, it was hard enough getting him to follow a proper diet while using, let alone taking all precautions for pct and throughout cycle. I want advice and/or comments on if the heart attack was related to the steroids. thanks

pretty sure its unrelated

why do you say this??

at 28, there's a pretty good chance they ARE related. He could have been overweight, which could of attributed as well. Steroids are going to raise your BP and do many other things. especially if he was on tren. A heart attack at the age of 28 right after a steroid cycle.. how do you not connect those two?

He obviously has a history of this in his family. At that young of an age , its hereditary. I would
CEASE any further cycles now and forever until you can find out why he is having heart attacks at the age of 28. He needs to concentrate on diet, cardio and weight lifting without steroids because he is not genetically able to handle them. Good Luck

Agreed with the above post. Steroids don't help the situation any but he has a genetic predisposition to heart problems that needs to be understood.

The two reasonable cycles during his lifetime didn't bring on this heart attack...terrible genetics were at play here, and are the main cause. Would have to know more about the origin to pinpoint (structural anomaly in the heart? arterial blockage from cholesterol?), but it's highly doubtful that the elevated BP caused by this cycle for a ten-week period would have been enough by itself.

Many factors involved but 200mgs of test prop for a rook is NOT recommend especially when stacked with Tren. If he is overweright, there is a study that explains how the body will respond unfavorably to high exogenous androgen intake. In other words, get in shape before touching AAS.

minor effect on bp for that short of a duration is not going to cause a heart attack at 28 is what I'm saying, its mostly a genetic thing if he is having heart attack that early.

AAS will raise your bp, mess up your kidney/liver values, raise your bad cholesterol, lower your good cholest. etc etc. don't believe me? run a blood test during your next cycle then get back to me.

having said that he was not healthy before running AAS.. even if he wasn't overweight his heart health could of been poor due to bad lifestyle decisions (work stress, lack of heart healthy exercise, poor diet)

when you run AAS you need to make sure you are healthy before. especially if you are gonna play with fire and run something like 600mg per week of tren ace. this is an example that yes AAS CAN KILL YOU. this is why we stress on this board young dudes and out of shape guys (whether out of shape skinny or fat) do not mess with AAS.

he has been off cycle but it will take time for all his panels to get back to normal. do me a favor and post his blood test results if you can. I will bet he has a lot of things out of whack. it will take time.

when you are on tren I also recommend running liver support and immune system support. tren is no joke. i've been on it for 3 weeks and I cannot imagine anyone who is out of shape running this stuff. its absolute hell, thankfully I have the experience to understand this and I was in great shape before the cycle and I have been able to avoid the harsh sides. my bp yesterday was 130/75. not bad at all. this would explain why I haven't had the insomnia that everyone complains about. on the contrary I am sleeping like a baby. insomnia and being tired is an early sign of high bp when you are on cycle so watch out for that.
