Priority after comp was to fix couple things , starting from sleep apnea , eating disorders and mental health.

At the moment feeling great and all thanks to the support got from Raptor and the boys in the background.

Cals 823 , 99C 55P 18F

Oats 150g , Berries 50g , Banana 50g , Cinnamon / Free Sugar Maple Syrup for the taste , Egg Whites 250g , 1 Egg , 2g pink salt.

Be sure to add Berberine or GDA pre meal to help you digest and move better the carbs.

I usually do pre and post workout with minimum fats , but due to really early training sess I decided to go different and don’t feel too hungry during the day.
