You also have to realize. You're not eating sugar, salt, and bunches of other toxins that you normally are by eating all the junk that you have been prior to the diet.

Your skin is cleaning itself. It's pushing all that nasty crap deep within your skin out of your body. It's natural to have outbreaks for awhile on this diet and then your skin looks AMAZING!
