Having trouble hitting calories

So I've been eating super clean the last 5 months. Weighing out all my portions so on an so forth. Results have been amazing and couldn't be happier. I recently got my BF check with legit calipers and all the spots checked. Right now it's reading 8.3 percent. I'm 25 years old 5"10 218 lbs.

So several other BB builders put me on a macro breakdown of 100 carbs. 350 grams protien and around 100-120 grams fat. Calories are 3200 a day an I'm having trouble gettin that amount of calories and still staying below my carbs and fats. Just wondering if people had any input on foods or methods to obtaining this breakdown

Also any other advice is more then appreciated.

I was having this same problem when I went from 3,500cal to 4,200cal/day while still staying within my macros.

I ate smaller meals more frequently, but the two main things that have helped:

1.) I made little snack packs. I would put 2-3 tbsp peanut butter in a little cup with a lid and have some pre cut celery sticks and put it all in a plastic bag and keep it in the fridge.

2.) I would make my own shakes with things like sweet potato powder, skim or 1% milk, banana, oats, scoop of protein, and a million other things. I would experiment with what tasted good, but fit in my macros. This made things quicker, and since it's hot as hell outside, it was a treat to be sipping a cold milkshake from my blender.

Thanks for the replies. Yea I started messing with some shakes and stuff. Basically half cup oats natural peanut butter and some whey isolate. Threw in some low carb low sugar yogurt. Just not sure if I'll be able to live on that forever hahah.

I'll try the smaller meals more frequently an see what happens

Any time frame I should look to have all my calories in by. Usually awake by 7:30 an in bed by 11:30.

Time doesn't matter. Only thing I do at a specific time is my whey post workout, and a blended protein before bed.
Just make sure you hit those macros each day.

And for the shakes, I bought sweet potato powder, I use blueberries, Greek yogurt, all kinds of stuff. Make it delicious.

Sounds good. Will see how it goes. 4 days into it and been Hittin them on the dot. Just only at 3,000. Gonna try and tweak the shakes to put me at the 3200
