I haven't. But I've known people in school who have. It wasn't really a big deal though. Like some of my buddies in college were dating 17 year old girls from high school. It's considered a minor, but I don't see what the big deal is. Now if the girl is like 12, and the guy is 47, then that's fucked.

Back in high school (1991) all the girls who were 16 and 17 dated 23 and 25 year old guys in college.
