No matter what I do in life, I can at least say I had abs at some point. I'll cherish this picture if I ever turn into an obese fatty:

myself, i have a 32 inch waist, but not the definition you have, kinda fatty right now @ around 200lbs.
i rarely do abs, i figure core work gets er done

ive got between a 34 and 36 in waist now. 36 is definitely loose, but 34 is slightly uncomfortable.

well, i'm 6'2" does that matter? and contrary to swole's stat sheet, I'm actually 195lbs, not 180. I haven't been under 190 in a while.

when I was seriously bulkd up i topped out at 213
