Here you go puds....
It's a loan in process. People have perfect credit and assets, equity has taken a hit like everywhere in the country. Thing is, they don't show a lot of income. I got their tax returns, w-2's, everything. I told them I'd have to decline their loan unless they had anything extra like soc sec income or any 1099 income they hadn't disclosed and were going to claim in '09. So these fucking idiots probably called plank and had both soc sec award letters and a 1099 chopped. All of my correspondence has been via email or phone with a follow up email. All faxes I get come to my e-fax. I didn't submit the last forms and told them I knew they weren't real. So they contacted HUD, the MT division of real estate, and my company's HQ. I've spent the entire afternoon digging up all of my faxes, emails, faxes, and proving date stamps to prove these people are lying. I've basically proven that they're lying and that they tried to commit fraud, and I have more calls today and tomorrow and there's the possibility my RVP will be flying out tomorrow to go over everything personally.
