check your self CHLOVESMA , I was only stating my beliefs about the options you had --- only to help you, I was not trying to change your cycle only giving the advise I thought you wanted, You think that I don't know what I am talking about, WOW the stars and karma are from the support and advise that I have given which is worthy to gain more respect and I have been a member less than a year. if you know it all then why are you hear asking questions about a simple cycle of 10 mg dianabol for 30 days--- give me a break. I tried to give you a little advise and help and you gave me attitude shows that your not open to advise and you really dont care, so why did you ask!

Yeah, no I just re-read your post, I took it wrong the first time... I apologize.. Not trying to give anyone greif or anything... I look at it like this, while I'm on dbol just the10mg for 4 weeks, I think that I might beable to train enough, and eat enough to build some actuall fibers.. You know?!? I mean if my appetite trippled, I have got to be able to keep some of the gains .. Makes sence right? I feel almost as if I'm training my body to get usedto eating for when I get off dbol..
 
thanks, now your looking at it the right way as advise not criticism. That is awesome that it is increasing the appetite, I have had issues myself with that, this sounds weird but I have heard and experienced that about 4oz of red wine 15 minutes or so before a meal can help with the stomach accepting more quantities of food. ( the amount of alcohol would have no bad effects with the AAS at that small level of 4 oz once a day before dinner) maybe it will benefit you it is a trick I learned from the man himself ARNOLD in his bio. To keep the gains just try your hardest to keep the food coming in large portions, you could also try a little creatine mono hydrate its cheap and because it will help you keep some of the water weight and with your body type being slender a little water is not a problem, weight is weight! good luck
 
Do you really think some of us have the apetite to eat 5000-6000 clean calories then down another 2000 extra calories from other foods? its hard but if you want to grow you have to eat. give a plant miracle grow but dont give it alot of water, see how much it grows then? the miracle grow being steroids and the water being food.

Hey everyone, I'm what you would call a "hardgainer" I am 27yo, 6'1" and only 136.4lbs with 12% bf. I decided to start using dbol to kickstart my appetite, and lift ability. See I just never had the appetite to eat! I am a newbie, but my dad has been using gear since the early 90's and is in excellent shape... I've been getting advise from him and he knows what he is talking about. Well I started dbol 4 days ago and I am up to 140lbs, I've been workig hard, and eating hard! My appetite gain was huge! My question is, I'm only taking 10mg dbol in the am.. I know all of the people on here that hate on dbol only (quote-unquote) "cycles".... But I am doing it and it's not for major gains or to get huge! It's just to try and kickstart my appetite.... And seems to be working GREAT! I want to know what you think the chances of sides will be, at only 10mg a day for 4weeks. I'm really only concearned about gyno, I don't think that my test levels will drop enough for complete shutdown... But I keep reading mixed reviews about dbol... Some say under 15-20 sides are rare to none, some say otherwise, my pops says that I shouldn't be worrying so much... Any help?

I think you should reconsider. If your wanting to do a cycle you have MUCH better options.
DBOL@10MG daily for most men is just a waste IMO.

I hear that a lot, but it seems to be working for me... at night im up 6Lbs in 4 days, in morning I am up 4lbs in 4 days.. I really wanted to do this, and I am tracking journals for other people like me, because I hear this type of question a lot and it SEEMS like no one has posted some real world results.. and I will post my results at the end of 4 weeks.. see what I gained, my journal, and pics. Maybe I can help someone else that is my body type.
 
keep the journal here in this tread so we can all track the progress, and see how it goes throughout the next few weeks. just post your diet and weight every day or every couple days so we can see the changes and maybe help out a little hear and there!

I dont have a problem eating 6000-8000 calories. i love food. too bad im dieting or else id have 2-3 of those meals in my avatar. i used to be the same, hardgainer is a bullshit word. more like hard eater, once you start eating right, and dieting, youll develope an appetite for food and lots of it.
 
geez NOMAK 2 or 3 big mac meals OMG my heart just stopped oh wait no it just blew up!!!! btw have you tired that new krispy creme burger with two donuts instead of buns I ate three just now. (NOT I would never) LMAO

I add an extra 2 table spoons of pb and 2 cups of whole milk to every meal... easy calories and i love it :)
