OK, now that I've suckered you in here.... how do I get rid of these ECA headaches. I can wake up and take an Excedrin Tension... and it's gone in 15 minutes but it takes me a few hours to get up and do this..... (bad part). I just don't want to have them at all. I've doubled my water intake so I know I am not dehydrated... thanks in advance.
