Well, bench is my weakest lift. I'm not really at a plateau, but i'm not sure what the BEST way is to gain strength there. I have a tendency to push myself too hard, too quickly. So I'd love to hear how YOU managed to build up to where you are. I highly doubt i'll ever put up comparable numbers, But I'd love to bench just over my body weight (I weight 115, 135 is my happy zone).
