Halotest 25

Uncrck2

New member
Im 20 5' 9" 160lbs 10% bf. I eat in and around 2000 calories a day 4-5meals a day lots of lean protien, protien shakes and basicly only complex carbs. I work out religously 7 days a week 6 lifting alternating muscle groups with a little cardio on all those days and 7th day is a heavy cardio day. Im looking to cut more fat and get more ripped, adding some weight could be awsome but lean muscle maybe 5-15lbs. Physical drive is no problem ive actually went from 25% bf to 10% in id say 7 months lost muscle at the same time but not much. I heard of halotest 25 and got me really interested, would you guys recommend it considering id be my first cycle of this. Ive done some supps like ephidra, meltdown being the more intense ones but still nothing im looking for smoethin that i will SEE resluts.

21 minimum age for AAS
Eat way more food.
Lift EOD. Minimum 200 grams protein.

Youll see results when you train and eat right

na bro, wait another year or so and get everything dialed in, becasue i can already see that you are probably overtraining by going to the gym 7 days a week, you need to rest to grow bro. You need more calories to grow too, probs at least 3000 a day. Spend the next year or so on here absorbing as much info as possible and then when you are ready in a few years or so take the plunge, you can probably put on another 20 pnds at least natural before. Should have asked this first but what does your routine look like, lifting experince, diet?? Spend time on the weightlifting forum too bro, you will learn a lot and there is an abundance of experienced individuals that will surely help you.

Ok so why the extra year (Im majoring in kineseology and goin to medschool so i know a lot)? monday wensday friday i do legs bies back, tuesday thursday and saterday i do chest shoulders. I alternate my days so example monday would be just free weights same on tuesday then ill do functional fitness exercise for that group on wensday and thursday then start the cycle over. I do abs every day one day heavy next day i do light ( based of the idea of running every day you train ur body and it gets used to it) I dont do abs on sunday tho. My cardio is every day run 15-20min on monday- saterday(interval) then on sunday i run 35min and then hop on the bike for 15min. Im eating about 160g of protein and ive took some nutrition classes taking in much more than ur body weight is actually considered toxic to you liver. My understanding is i need around 2000 calories, I could take in 3000 but im more concerned about cutting then bulking. Doesnt work for me I was 170lbs went up to 220lbs, got strong but i was fat now i just dropped to 160lbs and i lost more strenght but not to much considering the weight i dropped. If you guys dont recomend it thats fine but can you tell me a way to get ripped and a 6 pack. Im at 10% i should have one maybe not ripped up but there. My expericence level is 6 years of lifting spent my whole life in sports started football at 13 and soccer at 5 and skiing at 2 so i know about the science of sports. I curently help train college athelets.

Dude, for me i didn't have that visible abs until i started training them with heavy weights, 6-8 rep range, decline sit-ups with weight etc, and deadlifting really heavy. Since i began training my abs heavy even when im a fat bloated SOB they are visible. What i would do bro is clean bulk, get in all clean cals, casue you say you cant see your abs a 10 % (not accurate?), Lift heavy, focus on compound lifts, try to put on more size and abs will come. Then lose weight and cut down. When i was way younger i was skinny and didnt have abs either and always wanted to so i hit them as hard as they could and i saw improvement, but they didnt really pop out untill i began doing big lifts and high weight/low rep training for abs, just like any other muscle. Post up ur routine and we can help you out casue we dont really know what it looks like.

everything is wrong with your training and diet... not trying to be rude, just helpful...
you need to spend some time on the forums here and start over...
you need to eat more (but clean), and not train as often, but when you do you need to hit it hard...
hope to see you in the weightlifting forum....

The first advice I can give you is to check the ego at the door. You haven't even graduated from college but you are essentially calling yourself a pro. My BS, MS, and 30 years of competing and coaching trump your experience and anything you have learned thus far.

That said, you have some erroneous statements in your post.

Protein doesn't not damage the liver. If anything it can cause problems with the kidneys, but then only if there is another disease affect. This means that you need to (and can safely) eat 2g of protein per lb of body weight.

Also, you are too young for AAS because of two things. First, your growth plates have not yet, or have just fused, and your endocrine system has not yet "matured" after running you though puppetry. Additionally, there is no way that you have reached you genetic potential yet, and therefore there is no need for you to use drugs to aid your training. The very fact that you are asking about them now tells me that you are looking for a short cut to hard work and a good diet.

Finally if you want help with your training goals, we are happy to help in the training forum. There are many good guys there that have a tremendous amount of experience that will help you get where you want to be.

The bottom line is that taking AAS right now is not a good idea, and you should just forget about it for a while.

Fair enof Im no expert as some here but i Know a lot i ment kidneys, my diet is as clean as possable honestly cant go cleaner. I dot belive in over training unless ur body lets u know by eather a) pain b) overall fatigue and not feeling good c) lack of imporvment in strenght. I have no pain feel better than ever and see improvments slowly but there. For abs i do hit them heavy and its an acutate bf% done by a pro athletic trainer. I didnt know dead lifts helped with abs, knew they helped for overall body, I do squats im not a huge fan of the dead lifts for the whole back and posture thing. I think im done growing i mean i havnt grown an inch in 4 years. My brain proably hasnt finished matureing ur right usually happens ages 21-24 depending on the individual. I thought ur perutitary gland was done around 17-18 and u started to see decline in test and gh by 20. plenty of studies show actually the most rapid decline at that age. Im not trying to take a short cut because ive WORKED MY ASS OFF for years, more so past 8 months. I missed id say 10 days in the past 8 months at the gym or some type of work out. Ive seen amazing resluts as i said before but ive kinda platued off and really cant seem to get a six pack. Im not saying i need this but i know idll help again maybe point me to something else that would do it.
