its gone .. and i can honestly say that it has not been this flat since i was 13-14!

Allright, while the gyno is gone, i do have some "hard" stuff just underneath the nip area, moreso in the left side(3x3cm's), the nurse said it was normal when i was in to get the stitches out 1½ week later.. fluids and such!
Anyone else experience that ? if so, when did it dissapear?
I was back in the gym after having the stitches out(the next day), even a light chest workout .. just low range of motion, keeping out of the areas where it was uncomfortable and sore.
today it's 14 days ago, and its still sore, especially the left side.
suggestions ? should i've taken a longer break ?

Your a moron.. If the gland is completely removed, it CAN NOT come back. Fatty tissue yes it can come back.. Fatty tissue causes some of the puffiness with gyno.

you will see more improvement as the swelling reduces even more. if you are feeling well, physicial says it safe for you to train just use light weights starting back and build it back up again

good luck

I believe I read here from a mod it can come back, but it will gather in a different spot.
Thats why some BB have a lump on the side of there chest..

I think MACRO wrote that. I am not 1100% though..

if you get ALL of the gland, it can't come back, but if they don't get it all I suppose it could come back. I know transsexual females who live as men, who have had their breast removed and even though the still produce estrogen, it will not grow back.
