it sucks. you do all that hard work to get a big chest. i'm 46 chest, 32 waist, everything else looks good but if you put a thin cotton t-shirt on you look like you have 12 yr old girl boobs on a big body. makes you look fat even if you aren't...i fucking hate it

underarmor v-neck shirts help alot to compress the skin and make it smooth, still i'd like to be able to throw on a nice t-shirt and go out and feel confident

its the confidence thing more than anything else that gets you, most people don't care or don't notice

man nonvadex 50mg per day and letro 2.5mg per day

do that for 2 to 3 weeks and they will be gone

i have personally done it twice
