I felt I had symptoms for gyno, and so I went to the doc, and he told to get a breast ultrasound done. The day of the ultra sound, the lady who was checking out both nipples, said there was nothing there. I was perplexed.. There was no signs of a lump or anything. She even showed me pictures and pointed out where a gland would be if there was actually one. But there wasn't.
See, the thing that gets me is that my nipples were hard when the ultrasound was done (like when u get out of the shower). WhenI took off my shirt, due to the cold room temperature, it made them shrivel up. If you would squeeze them you would feel a little lump, but nothing drastic. After I left, approx 20min, when my body was back to normal temp. They were back into their puffy state again, which when I would feel for a lump, you can feel actually feel it more then before.
Would it matter if my nipples were small and hard, or puffy, when the ultrasound was being done? Should they still be able to detect it either way? or do your nipples (when small and hard) reduce any visible signs of gyno??
If you say the weather shouldn't matter, how would I know if it was just fat under my nipples? when I actually can feel a bump?
Btw. I'm 214, 14%bf if it helps.
Thanks for any help.
