So Im working out at the Y and Im on the rack shrugging 350lbs and this fine ass chick comes in. I mean she was tan, cut, tight nike shorts, flat stomach abs showing, your over all high maintenance chick. First let me digress, Im pretty much the king of the Y so to speak. Only about two people larger than me and on this day I was alone. So she comes in with her toothpick husband and of course I take a look at her. Shit who wouldnt!! You wear shit like that your going to get looked at. We all do it fuck. Anyway he sees me checking his babe out right and makes a bee-line to my area. He friggin asks me if Im using a piece of equipment 50 feet away from me on the other side of the gym. Now Im standing there going what the F??? Is this dude off or what? So I said no its all yours.....what a idiot!! I guess he just had to make his presence known so I wouldnt get any ideas. Shit, I should have banged her right then and there......

Damn... 17" arms at 11% bodyfat... hate to break it to you, youngster, but you've got 15 1/2" guns.

You measure your arm size evaluated against 4% bodyfat (competition weight.) You take off an inch for every 10 lbs of fat you have to lose.

This is why it's so comical when a guy comes on here and says, "I have 22" arms." Lots of fat guys have big arms. So what.
