Its an ingrown hair.. i've had it like 3 times in my life. Not herpes because the first time was long before I was sexually active. It was scary as shit though, I wanted to tell someone but was too embarrassed. I took tried to pop it, but it took 4 days to clear up and eventually the puss and what not came out.
