ok the Guillotine people often talk about being difficult to maintain
I cna't recall if it was here or another forum I post at but it's been said
so I was thinking could you construct something to practice the Guillotine on for your Endurance ?
like a 2x6 or something
it would be straight instead of curved like the guy you'd be grappling with but it might help build some Endurance what do you think
