Green Tea Supps

does anybody know what the down-side of taking too much green tea? I remember reading somewhere that taking a certain amount on a daily basis for a long period of time had negative effects?
 
Green Tea and its extract are both great. It'll probably end up being there with fish oil once studies on prolonged affects are done.
 
i was watching a special on TV the other night .. tea's in china they can go as high as 25k for a kilogram and some fat american lady bought a very very small cup of tea for 100.00...then there was the cup thats costed 1200.00 i bieleive...and by cup i mean the thing was the size of a scooper from our protien jugs

macro would that stuff be potent for fat loss too?

probably just more expensive. just like an exclusive wine.
 
Whats the IDEAL GT dosage per day for aiding in fat loss? If one is looking to cut how much is considered optimal w/out overkill. Obviously it is a stimulant so you can go overboard.

there really is not one. Its going to vary between individuals. though IMO the dose response curve shift is generally somewhere between 1-2 grams of EGCG.
 
I think I read somewhere a while back that caffeine intake should be very limited or eliminated altogether while combating arthritis and chronic inflammatory conditions. Also, for those suffering from IBS.

Any comments?
