i take lifesource for men energy formula. good stuff. got some milkthistle in it and tons of other good shit.

i never heat my water for green tea. i just put 5 tea bags in a 32oz cup of water and let them sit for about 15 minutes bouncing them every now and then. is this ok?

also, i get decaf, does the decaf have the goods in it still?

yes, but caffeine also provides many of the benefits.

The extracts - I'm just not "feeling" them.
It's a hastle, and more money, but the fresh, loose leaf, has more of a slam, IMO.

LOW TEMP (150 not 212) SHORT BREW (1-3 min.) otherwise it gets bitter,
and you burn off all the good properties.
When you see "froth" on top - you done good.
