haha, too bad i work in a Construction Management firm... just think of all those ladies now... there are a few older hotties, and a few Fat co-ops. I think I'll just pick them up at my other job at the night club. Backstreet Boys are comin Thusday.. tons of little girls! :p
 
I'm super sensitive to stimulants, so I get caffiene free powder from BAC and cap it myself. Not only do I not get jitters, but I can take it right up until bedtime without worrying about it costing me sleep.

BAC is dirt cheap, too.
 
There is green tea in the fat burns I am taking and I am also drinking aboat a liter a day of green tea in addition to my 6 liters of water. So far so good for me.

Im curious to see how many of you guys take Green Tea supps while cutting, what you take, and how much? Ive never really dabbled in the whole Green Tea thing but Im thinking of adding some into my current diet. I remember seeing a post a while ago that explained how much you actually need to take per day to actually have it make a difference, maybe someone could throw up some good info for me.


I take a combination of Arizona "no carb" diet green tea and Anafat's green tea extract
