not post workout because of the insulin blunting effects....?
2 in the morning (8-9AM), 2 afternoon (2PM), evening lifing (5-6PM), 1 two hours after lifting....
How long do the insulin blunting effects last? If a long time, ill take them much longer before my post WO shake.
Or i could take 3 in morning, 2 afternoon, 1 night....?
Dont want all the caffeine too late....
