Bro look into a product called juice plus. You take 1 cap for your veggie needs and 1 cap for your fruits.
Might just be what ur looking for.

I have a capper and a ton of caps. The big ass 000 ones. Good idea nelson. I'd probate ly try it with some crystal light too. Concentrated though.
