Great high end Steakhouses you've been to

Been to Mortons, Shulas and planning to go to Ruth Chris' this weekend... Whats the best steakhouse you've been to, excluding price.

Metropolitan Grill in Seattle (ate there last night)
Del Frisco's in Dallas
Smith & Wolensky's in Las Vegas
The Fort or Denver Chophouse in Denver
El Gaucho's in Seattle and Portland

smith & wollensky's, morton's, and a couple of local places. but nothing beats Ruth's Chris. they have special plates they heat up to some ridiculous temperature and then they stick your steak on it in a pool of sizzling butter. the steak stays hot for the whole meal due to the hot plate. its the best in my book, hands down.

i'm hungry.

There are a bunch of places here that make great stakes, but they are just local resteraunts that are high end.
