Great fastfood - 50g of protein 12g of fat

Personally i thin that roasted chicken sandwich is nasty. Next time you get on take a big old bite, then look at the meat where you bit it. Its not even a chicken breast, its some nast ass processed chicken, probable made out of their asses. Eat a real chicken breast that shit is disgusting.....to me anyway.

Exactly. I use to eat those sandwiches thinking they were healthy. At first I thought they actually tasted decent for something which I perceived as healthy at the time. But after a while, because its processed and not real, they begin tasting gross. I couldn't stand all the liquid and juices every time I would bite into it, it certainly did not taste like or even have the texture of real chicken breasts. Not as bad as a Jack in the Box 99 cent chicken sandwich (has anyone ever had one?), but enough to make me gag a little bit. I should have just ate Macdonalds sandwichs, since they probably are not much worse.

You can also get the Chicken Breast Salad for $3.99 I think. For an extra $1 you can get an additional chicken breast for more protein. Less Carbs, use the blended oil and you're good to go.
 
Thanks for the info. I ate them all through the summer. Time to start again, and stop eating those 99cent McChicken sandwhiches---- Crazy fattening:D
