Nick put everyone on the street in danger. He could've killed a 9 y/o girl. Maybe even you? Plus passengers are a driver's responsibility. Plus he was underage drinking. Plus you can't expect drunk passengers to think clearly. They're drunk. Plus, do you think clearly when you're a drunk passenger?

Anymore pluses you want. Maybe you can fault John for being born too?

Go lookup the case in Ma about the drag-racing idiot who chopped off a lady's leg, and the riot outside the courthouse. I'm sure you can say it's the lady's fault for going outside in public.

I have never been in that situation, so I don't know how I would actually react.
But I would like to think that I would not dwell on the death or dwell on the fact that some young irresponsible douche bag was the cause of his death. Karma is a bitch and things will come back around.
But, I wouldn't want to go through life with that much hate, could easily consume you in everything you do.

Nick was wearing a seatbelt and came out of it with minor injuries...so I don't know how you can possibly make that claim.
