believe me.. I've been trying to let my mind do that.. to think about all the fun I can have now.. to think of the chicks I can get to know better that I previously could not... the new found freedoms I will have.. I'm trying to focus on that.. as oppose to say.. how lonely my bed is now... how it sucks not making dinner with her at night.. etc.

I look a little fat in that second one.. but believe me.. I'm 25lbs lighter now due largly to this crap.. its hard to eat when so emotional.

You don't know what cards life will deal you, and in a month or a year or even longer, she may come back to you. But right now, you have to get on with things.......stay friends and see what develops but get on with your life in the meantime.

It takes a bigger man to face his demons and stay friends rather than say fuck her she's a slut and i never wanty to see her again.

I've known you a couple of years now on the boards and you have too much going for you not to bounce back quickly and get on with things.

This made me feel really good man, on that note I think I'm gonna get outta here (work) and try to get on with things.

One of my cousins who lives an hour away or so is driving down to meet me for dinner.. the second she heard about the breakup she said she was coming right away.. I've got pretty supportive friends and family when it comes to these things. I realize that is a true blessing.
