sorry for mememe in advance but.Woohoo. fuck i'm excited. I've had some shitty luck/adversity this year, and something finally positive is coming out of it
Something stable finally...a job in my industry that actually pays salary + commission instead of straight commission with no real company structure. I don't have to go nuts on a bad month wondering how i can pay bills.
my head was spinning from doing the marketing, the sales, the backend shit and just about everything...with little to no capital for the past 6 months
I've been searching for a new job for like 3 months with no luck, i just about gave up. To find a solid mortgage co. here is next to impossible. these people really worked hard to have their shit/structure together
it's right on south beach on lincoln road, in the middle of everything, and there are so many fine girls walking around, especially in my building. if i need to step out of the office to clear my head, can grab lunch at my fav restaurants. IMHO makes a big difference when you're in the middle of everything...keeps you hungry and excited to go to work everyday
great environment, you walk in and can feel the money being made and everyone that works there is not from FL originally so they're cool as fuck and hustle.
owners of the company are mad young and successful, so i vibed with them quickly. It's one of those things were you walk in and say to yourself..wow this feels like home.
it's funny, everyone i live with and even my other boys have been broke as fuck and in the past 2-3 weeks everyone's gotten a badass job/gig or had some great opportunities come in front of them. good karma all around
