I have always injected in the quads and had no problems at all. Today however, I hit my first nerve and it KILLED! Luckily I push the needle in slow, so as soon as I felt the nerve, I pulled back a bit. I have big legs, so I use a 1.5" pin. Becasue of the nerve hit, I backed it off about 1/2" and finished. My leg felt odd for a bit, but is fine now

i nicked a nerve in my outer quad once using a 1.5 inch pin, that fucker hurt for 4-5 weeks afterwards. your lucky it's still not hurting.

use a one inch needle

and skip the problem.

I hit a nerve in my ass (sciatic) and my whole friggin leg went numb... I jumped and almost broke the needle in my ass... not a good experience, but it was a killer rush... I can't wait to try again...

I have yet to see a needle break. Seen them bend beyond belief, but those bastards are tough. Killer rush huh hehe, do you spend your free time sitting in the corner of a dark room stabbing yourself hehe.

You think that hurts....I had a blood oxyygen level test done not oo long ago..WOOOOOOO, pain like you have no idea, they have to take the blood from the art. in your arm not the vein....felt like i was getting electricuted
