I did deadlifts yesterday and everything was sore today. Did some shrugs today so tomorrow I might die when I wake up because of the shock from pain. Damn, I love that feeling.
Do deadlifts damn it. It will make your whole body ache but you will love yourself. Don't forget proper technique and use a belt if necessary. I use one because I sort of have a bad lower back. Damn it, it won't stop me though.
Can I get a hell yeah for dead lifts and being sore all over?
