God Damn love handles.

Cornobbled

High End Bro

After my motorcycle accidents I couldn't work out and now I have these love handles that I just can't get rid of. My chic laughs and jokingly calls it baby fat. I don't think that she knows how much that pisses me off. I am in week 5 of my cycle of Omnadren, EQ, Tren. I am shredding the fat I had on my stomach but the damn love handles won’t go away. I do crunches by the hundreds. WTF can I do besides get out my knife and start cutting the shit off my body. So frusteraded. Sorry just had to vent.

when I started my gh by the 3rd week at 4iued my abs were much more visable. Might want to invest in a kit and maybe some t3 to add to the end of that cycle. I hate pushing more gear than you are already on but this is my first time using t3 and gh and i am telling you the shit has worked wonders for me.

Just stick to your probram bro. I know how frusterating it can be, but believe me, if you continue on it will seem like nothing is changing, and then one day, they will be gone. Trust me, just be consistant and you will reap the benefits.

Just like everyone else has stated. Stick with your program and keep working hard. GH worked well for me. We all have genetic predispositions which allow for different problematic areas.

I also always have had them, and at 9% BF I now still have them. The piss me off but the weird thing is after I pinch the fat there is definitely a noticeable amount of muscle under there almost like I have these hard love handles that look like really high hip bones. I don't know how I got these cause I never train obliques, but they are annoying as hell and I would love a way to get rid of them.

Thanks guys. Sometimes it is nice to have a little encouragment. I'll keep it up. Karma to you all.

Bro add cardio everyday besides diet and training and if you want you can use something like yohimburn ES from AF store for local fat burning...

mine are teh last to go. i lose the fat under my fingernails before i lose the love handles. fuckers.

Orb, I think I lose about half the fat in my bone marrow before mine love handles disappear. LoL

Well at least I am not the only one. Any other special excersizes you guys can think of to isolate them? I do a shitload of inverted crunches with extra weight. I try to work the sides as best I can. I don't do cardio unless it is in the bedroom. Guess I better start.

No, any excersise that works the muscle under your love handles will just make them bigger. Since spot reduction does not happen with excersize, allyou are doing is building up the muscle under them, thus pushined the fat farther out.

That is an excellent point. I wouldn't mind them if they were solid. Just getting the godamn fat off of them is the kicker.

SO true..I cant tell you how many large waisted men i see doing side bends with heavy weight low reps :worried: visible abs are achieved through diet and yes you do need to work them

I'm not so sure that spot reduction isn't possible. When endurance trained, muscles increase their # of mitochondria and also move fat stores closer to these mitochondria for more efficient local fat burning. So low intensity, very high volume could do some good IMO.

var worked for me.....dnp also did the trick come to think of it!! lol

...what about injecting growth into the love handles, does that work anyone????

were you cutting with var or were you bulking when the var helped to get rid of your love handles? How much var and for how long?

Bulldog_IO is correct, by increasing the flow of blood to the specific area, more energy will be pulled from that area.

Sometimes you have to reduce to extremely low levels of bodyfat to lose them (this is how it was for me). You may not be willing to reduce that far or stay that low so lipo may be your only permanent way. I prefer to keep my bodyfat levels low year 'round - besides, I'm too cheap for lipo.

Never even considered lipo. I figure that I should be able to get it off myself. If all else fails then I guess i'll just have some love handles.

Do you or have you ever done deadlifting? For me doing them consistently and heavy has made my obliques thicker extending from my rear lower back.I have a fairly defined waist 30.I agree that oblique exercises only can do so much and then you need to burn off the fat over the muscle.I suggest lowering your carbs, adding a eca stack and hitting more cardio with high intensity and then trying to hit the obliques. My fiancee was once a gymnast and has me doing bicycleing crunches which have worked great.Have patience. If you want e-mail me and I will put together a kick ass cardio-ab routine that made me go from a 34 to a 30.

T3 can cause complications, like depression. I was irresponsible younger and used that shit. Id reccommend doin alot of reading on t3 to scare ya enough to stay away.

Yep! Some med light weight and lots of he reps will help.

That is the last fat to go if you have em.

T3-Cytomel is often used to treat depression either on it's own or co-administered with tricyclics or SSRI's when patient shows a lack of therapeutic effect after 4 weeks.

There's also some interesting information regarding it's use in treatment for bronchial asthma....

Effect of triiodothyronine on bronchial asthma. II.

Ismail AA, Shalaby E, Gadalla I.

Triiodothyronine (T3) administration to patients suffering from chronic bronchial asthma or patients suffering from nasopharyngeal allergy was reported to ameliorate the attacks. Twelve patients aged less than 35 years suffering from chronic bronchial asthma for more than 5 years, who were maintained on usual anti-asthmatic drugs with the exception of steroids and chromoglycate and who were not the subject of repeated attacks of bronchitis were chosen for the study. Each patient was given T3 orally as 40 micron/day divided into two doses, for a period of 60 days. The drug increased the peak flow in all cases. The increase averaged 24.6% +/- 8.48 (P less than 0.001). Three cases reported marked improvement and four were able to reduce the dose of anti-asthmatic drugs. There was no significant change in the pulse rate, ECG, body weight, blood pressure, or appetite. One patient complained of insomnia and another of increased anxiety. It is possible that T3 exerts its beneficial effect through correcting the level of C-AMP, which is known to be low in asthmatics, through improvement of body mechanism for antibody formation, or through other unidentified mechanisms.

However higher dosages then required can lead to symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, irratibility with a chance of an agitated depression if the individual is predisposed to maldaptive disorders.

Thanks B32,

I'm goana pass this info on to a friend of mine. She actually experienced this and we were both wondering why.

Thanks again.

My external obliques are geneticall huge. I can hardly pinch fat there, it's mostly muscle but nonetheless it looks bad.. maybe musclesuction.. lol

Thanks for all the good info guys.
