I'm 5.9 265 23 old my goal is to get where I was 19 210 lbs max bench 310 incline 130 lbs dumbell pres max dead lift was 540 now 100 lb dum bells 2 plates for bench and I haven't pushed my self all the way for incline yet . just righting a goal list I can look back on if it's not the right spot feel free to delete mods n I apologize .
