Glute swollen

Hey guys - to continue on the convo with my sore injects. I did a 2nd inject in my right glute when it was still a tad bit sore. First was on Friday second was on Tuesday - well it's super sore and pretty swollen. Color is normal - think I have anything to worry about or just relax for a couple days to see if it goes away?

make sure you are rotating injection sites...you shouldn't be doing the same spot two times in a row

also, are you massaging it in thoroughly? A good deep massage is imperative to work the oils around.

I rotate between 4 spots. And maybe I don't massage it good enough - just for about 20-30 seconds after inject -

No actually you are not supposed to massage because you push some of the oils out of the hole you just created from the shot. Take a hot shower after injecting or heating pad at night, it is either crashing in your body or too much ba in the mix.

if you cover it with a small bandaid?

I was taught to work it around...if you don't you are gonna have a bulge....massaging works for me.

helps spread it around and alleviate some of the soreness.

heat is another good idea.

I have swelling sometimes, heat works well with this.

i rotate 6 sites. glutes quads and delts. that way i guarantee i dont hit a sore spot

Ok it works for you and that is cool I am not bashing this is a learning forum. The leaking out side of the body is not he problem its from when it leaks inbetween the muscle and fat. If you get two much oil in that meso (sp) region you can get an infection as it does not absorbe will into the system and is very slow.

Do you have any literature so I can read up on what you are saying.

I'd like to learn about this as experienced guys have all told me to massage it in.....As with all things in the "juice" genre, we often get conflicted information.

I usually put a cotton ball on the injection site and massage -- maybe im just not massaging enough!

No I don't have any literature that was what my dr. told me who gives me my script for my testosterone cypionate. I know dr's can be quacks but I had a feeling he was speaking from experience as he is in the HRT field and sees many men in my area.

Hey guys along w the swelling there is redness and some bruising. I don't think any heat or anything. What's this mean? Give it a day or two?

bruising is def from pin. did you inject yourself? my gf got brusing on her but from a 31 guage needle cause I jabbed her to hard. opppssss

Ya I did it myself. It's only a 1 inch pin - you think that's long enough?

Nope gotta go 1.5" in the glutes. You can do quad shots with a 1". Give that a shot! LOL

looks like 23g 1.5 inch from here out in the glutes and ill use the 25g 1in for quad and delts -- thanks

i massage for about a minute every inject with hot waater/rag...if not i always have a lump

yea, this was the first I've ever heard not to massage....If you don't massage, you get a weird lump in the area where you injected.

23 gauge could be hurting ya/././.i use 25 gauge for everythning
