That is one article, I'm not going to say some bullshit, "Great Info" response if I don't believe it. There is another thread touting how glutamine is right behind Protein & Creatine as a major beneficial supplement. These mixed messages fuck with people. I will continue to use Glutamine to help with muscle recovery. Just as I have for years.

The most important aspect is glutamine does not increase muscle protein synthesis,all claims on glutamine are without references, only personal interess sponsored by the anti glutamine lobby. Nobody can provide any study with some links it actually increases protein synthesis in healthy people.
