I'm about 5'6", 150lbs. I've lost nearly 20lbs. in the last month. Cardio up the a#*. I was training hard, but went to moderate weights while doing cardio. I've been gearing up for this cycle. I'd like a little mass & definition. Not really looking to blow the F*@k up.

My friend 2Thick might like it, but I think it is too light. You won't have to worry about blowing up on it. Your body weight is quite low however, so you should do better then average on it. If I were to change it, I would run the deca @ 400mg/wk for 6 weeks and leave the primo as you have it.

I would run them both for 8-10 weeks at 300-400mg/week if possable. make sure you keep your protein very high. Best of luck on your cycle bro!

The thing is though that Deca and Primo are reasonably similar in effect in the body. They have about the same anabolic activity in the body and Deca giving moderately androgenic effects will give slightly better mass gains them Primo, which has low androgenic effects in the body.

Also, both of them show little, if at all, activity in non AR-mediated effects in the body. Therefor stacking any one of them with for example Winstrol would give a better stack and a better result whilst still being a light cycle - IMHO:-)
