don't change it. deadlifts on back days, squats for legs.

I dont mind.
as I said if I get my package together Spring or mid summer is fine

muscle mass is not the prob, its the level of leaness needed for good pics
 
A lot of times when it's nice out I'll do track workouts for legs instead of weights. It's obviously not a BB'ing workout, but it helps with power, speed, burns a ton of calories, and endorphines afterward = teh good.
