This was my last leg workout on Sunday. I was in a hurry and wanted to get out fast.
Giant Set (5 sets)

Leg press x 15 reps / leg extensions x 20 reps / hacks x 12-12-10-8-8 (ran out of steam each consecutive set)
Superset (3 sets)

Front squats x 12
laying leg curls x 15
SLDL 3 sets x 10
(note this isn't my real hamstring workout, I just do a few sets on quad day since the blood is pretty much in the area)
