there making this guy out ot be the bad guy..hes no differnt then the majority of the population..i bet most these sponsors making the decision to drop him are doing the same shit...lol

I haven't followed this story as close as most people, but i do feel bad for the guy. If he wasn't a celebrity none of this shit would be happening to him. Society cares too much what celebrities do and it's really fucking stupid.

gillette doesn't come to mind as a sponsor that would be hurt by keeping him. This probably has more to do with the fact that he's taking off for sweden and we're probably not going to hear from him for a couple years. If he was playing next week in a major gillette would be staying on. Nike is obviously going to stick with him the longest cause they have so much invested in his line of clothing and his club endorsements. Golfers are gullible lot and when you tell them that these are the new clubs tiger's playin with, it doesn't matter what kind of dude he is....they still think these new clubs will give them his game..lol, sheep!
 
6-9 months from now other golfers will be BEGGING Tiger to come back. They're about to find out just how strong the Tiger trickle down effect is. The guy thats number 30 on the money list is now making 2-4 times what he made before Tiger came on the scene. He's about to go back to having a part time job to make ends meet.

Could not possibly care less who he's banging, but wondering why in the name of Jesus buttplug this douche even has endorsement contracts?

This is the winningest player ever in a sport that pays like a million or more for winning just one tournament, and he's won how many over the last 15 years? Four dozen or something? Yet he apparently has like 34 different endorsement contracts.

This guy has enough money to fucking buy Gilette, yet he has an endorsement deal with them.
 
The endorsements pay a hell of a lot more than tournament prizes.

He has endorsements because people approached him and said "we'll give you this $,$$$,$$$.$$ if you let us associate your name and face with our product".

Deebs he has won 71 PGA tournaments. Forbes reported him to now be a billionaire. None of these endorsers can even pay him enough to really turn his head anymore.

Let's put this into perspective for ourselves. Even if Gilette is paying him $15 million a year to endorse their razors that would be like you and I being absolutely guaranteed of earning 50k a year at our regular job and Gilette offering to pay us $750 over the course of a year for endorsement.

No one can afford to pay this guy enough anymore for money to be the motivation. This guy must be a egomaniac that loves being in the spotlight as much as possible.

The Billions that Forbes reported are due as much to the endorsements as to the Golf wins.

Rich people don't get that rich by turning down income opportunities.

Hmmm...you just might be a teeny bit obtuse if you don't know why he has taken on so many endorsements. I'll give you one of the more obvious reasons:

Yeah, Tiger is rich...but there are a lot of guys much, much richer. And that's why Tiger keeps earning...the guy is one of the most competitive people on the planet; he's driven in a way that the rest of us can't even fathom. Just like he can't stand to see golfers ahead of him in the standings when he's playing a tournament, I'm sure he doesn't like to see a big pack individuals that are far more wealthy than him. He can't just be rich, he's the kind of guy that doesn't rest until he's in that super-rich class. To hell with being a multi-multi-multi-millionaire, Tiger Woods was driven to be a billionaire.

golf endorsements will pay a pro golfer like tiger way way more than any other sport...im sure tiger was getting a hell of a lot more from gillette than federer...tiger woods only made 10 million this year from golf...He has made way more on endorsements than golf...i mean think about who buys the stuff he advertises compared to that of basketball players...
 
seriously though why did he ever get married in the first place?? Is it just b/c he wanted to have a kid and thought it would look bad if he had one outside of marriage? I dont understand why a lot of celebs and pro athletes get married a lot of the time. I mean you are gone away from home for a good portion of the year and have hot women constantly throwing themselves at you. They end up cheating and then some woman who they barely spend any time with gets a huge payday. I guess for some people the idea of having kids+wife and a home is everything but then when they get into it they find out its not all that.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again; Tiger should get his legal team some very nice gifts this Christmas....(well, they're good laywers, so make that gifts for Hannukah). They've saved him hundreds of millions by getting that structured prenup in place.

prenups mean nothing when he has cheated on her so much. Her lawyers coudl simply demand $20M more otherwise she will demand more in the divorce for pain and suffering and mnake trhe public divorce PUBLIC and NASTY. Further ruining his career.

This is a guy who pays MILLIONS to whores to shutup. He'll give his wife whatever she wants just so the divorce can be quick and fast.

And no woman needs more than $20M plus child support to live off of lol.

I disagree...he's already going to lose every sponsor but Nike anyways...there is no further damage that can be done. If she asks for more, they should call her bluff and tell her to take a hike.
