I have a ligaments problem in my elbow since 14 months. I have completly stop for more than 10 months. Now I start back with little weight but my elbow still hurt me!
At gym some one told me that I should do 1 cycle of DECA. At this forum, 1 month ago someone told me to do 1 cycle of GH... what should I do? I really want to train again I am really piss that I can't train
