higher free IGF-I levels in the bolus-treated subjects , suggesting that this form of the molecule may be important for mediating IGF-I's protein-anabolic effects at the tissue level.....

It looks like IGF1 twice a day being better than diluted in a continuos infusion.
About GH: would it be better at 2 iu x 2 or 4 iu x 1 per day?
Whit one single shot of GH you have high levels of IGF1 for up to 24 to 48 hors.
Shooting it twice a day you risk to get sort of stady levels of IGF1, which does not seen to be the best for muscles.
I know guys who had great results with 4 iu three time a week.
