Getting sick...

Whenever I work hard for a few weeks I start to get sick. I usually hit it 5 days a week. 2 days upper 2 days lower and one day running. I'm getting plenty of sleep and sometimes even nap during the day. Drink fruit juice at every meal. And a apple or so atleast every other day.

This always happens to me. Starts with a nazzle drip/running rose, then soar throat and sore muscles.

Anyone else get sick like this from working out?

i came on here this morning just to ask a similar question, here goes: this happened to me once before, i stopped working out for probably just over than 2 weeks, and i got sick. then when i start working out again i get better really quick, its kind of wierd but i was wondering if there was any sort of connection??
