getting rid of that last bit of fat!

Hi to everyone who reads this, ive got 4 weeks left of cutting diet and i am struggling to get rid of that last bit of fat round my stomach for my holiday! My diet is below.

07.00
30g of porridge and 1 whey

10.00
2 rice cakes and 1 tin of tuna

12.30
chicjen breast with jacket potato

15.00
50g of nuts

16.30
weights and cardio

18.00
1 whey shake

18.30
turkey with new potatos and veg

21.00
1 tub of cottage cheese

What should i sacrifice from that diet? dont really want to cut back loads on carbs as im not having that many as it is and i work as a builder so its hard without them carbs, I was thinking of dropping the nuts from the diet is that a good idea? as i wont really have many fats in my diet if i cut them out.
 
You most likely need to lower your carbs to get that last but of fat off. If not lower them, you should at least remove some of the bad carbs (Rice cakes are horrible for dieting imo). What exactly is a jacket potato?

Its a normal potato with the skin left on and crispy. Swap it for sweet potato IMO
 
yeak drop the potatoes and replace them with rice cakes.
 
Thanks for the advice guys ill try and cut out some of the carbs as i think thats probably the last stumbling block! i will up my cardio workouts aswell and see where i go from there.
