I was thinking that I need a few days off to reset my metabolism.Let me explain a little more about coming down from 246lbs at 40%+ bf in the last 3 years or so.I am not new to aas or the diet/nutrition game.I was about the same size that I am today at around 8-10%bf is what I stayed at all year.Then life happened,I went away to the marines and came out of boot camp some how almost 30lbs lighter with the same bf%.I went out into the fleet and from all the stress on my body from the life of an infantry marine the last thing I ever wanted to do was look at a weight room when we got in from the fields.When I got out I was around 200lbs and 15+bf.Got married didnt think about the weights for like another 2-3 years ate like a slob all kinds of fast foods and everything I could shove in my face fast enough.I had started my own car dealership and it became my life more so than my own.I went from a 31 to a 40 waist in short order.Now remember I am only 5'6" so you can imagine 246 and a 40 waist at 5'6".Thats the last number I saw on the scale before I got so embarrased and got a gym membership that day.I was messing around with juice back 10 years ago when things werent as easy as they are today.I remember you were lucky if you got 5 pins total with your 10cc cycle of upjohn depo test and had to reuse em all the time lol.I remember complaining that pins were like dull nails to my friends in the gym and they were like sorry man no more around lol.The only EQ you could get was vet grade and 50mg and everything else was pharmaceutical or vet grade and lower mgs than today.The only source of info was musclemedia2000 or the dan duchaine books or the anabolic reference guides or gym buddies,no internet like we have now and no PCT protocol lol.So when I came back 10 years later after training clean for 2 and losing all that weight and asked some friends for some juice they showed me some UG cyp that was 400mg I bursted out laughing till I had tears in my eyes and said to them thats the worse counterfit I have ever seen.Then they told me that a lot of things had changed lol,and I was like a little kid in a candy store lol.The thing that I am trying to get at here is that I didnt jump right into doing 2 hours of cardio a day and I dont do that every day but 3-4 days a week depending on how I feel as far as fatigue.My diet is definetly on I know that.I have gotten to 2 hours a day raising the cardio as I have striped off the bf.I am actually pretty sure I am bellow 12% right now,I can see 6 of my abbs.What I am worried about is that since I let my bf get so high at some point in my life that this is the reason why the last cells are so hard to get off?Sorry to rant lol just took my am ephedra.
