I bartended at a club that had a gaye night (no homo, I think) and they definitely complained more. Gaye night was like a constant bitch fest, and the more flamboyant the bitching, the higher on the gaye pecking order they seemed to be. The staff was no different. Customer would be a douche, straight bartender would call him an asshole under his breath and move on. Gaye one would get all huffy at the busiest part of the night and storm into the walk-in to cope with the sub $1 tip. Then he'd bitch about it for a half hour as we were cashing out.

A friend of a friend is a very non-discriminant gaye swinger. He brags about going out and getting laid to some degree 3-5 days per week. I guess he was in some 3some in a snow shack behind the club once with a couple opf complete strangers.
